Porsche Cars

When I think about a Porsche, I first think about the 911 design that started back in 1964 and which has been continually updated and improved. It’s astonishing that a basic exterior design can last so well.

You can also think about the 911 as the middle Porsche.

Below it are sports cars like the 914, the 924 and 944, the Boxster and the Cayman.

Above it are Porsche’s only real attempt at a luxury GT, the 928 and their supercars, the 911 Turbo, the 959, Carrera GT and the 918 Spyder.

In the 21st century Porsche have also stepped outside the sports car niche with the amazingly successful (and ugly) four wheel drive Cayenne and the four door saloon, the Panamera.
