The Ferrari 328 GTB and GTS replaced the 308 GTB and GTS in 1985. It was itself replaced by the 348 in 1989.
The designs were very similar to the 308 although the 328 had more rounded front and rear.
The V8 engine had its capacity increased to 3185 cc with 270 bhp (201 kW; 274 PS) at 7,000 rpm.

Scale Models Of The Ferrari 328
This model falls between the 308 GTB which introduced the basic design and the 348 GTB which had the Testarossa style side panels.
Models I’ve seen for sale include:
- 1:18 Anson
- 1:24 Hasegawa (kit)
- 1:43 Hot Wheels
The Anson 1:18 scale model will have been made around the time the car was available and diecast modelling has improved considerably since then. I still like my Lamborghini Miura I bought many years ago but I was disappointed with a Ferrari Dino I bought recently.
I’ve made it easy for you to check what models are available at what price from these websites:
